2020 brought along a need for more space for this busy multi-generational family of seven. They found a home with great bones and a bigger footprint.          We worked with them to rethink the spaces: we added a 3′ x 30′ addition to give room for an amazing kitchen island; we turned a former sun porch into a  light-filled formal dining room; the original formal dining room became the new home office; the two large living spaces were updated and modernized. The second floor was shuffled slightly to accommodate an additional kids’ bathroom and we completely gutted and renovated the dated master suite, losing the jacuzzi tub in favor of a luxurious steam shower.
