An older home near the lake in Wilmette needed a few updates to become properly functional for our clients to enjoy. We tore down an old addition from the 70s to make room for a two-story addition with a basement. The style of the home is typical to the area, so we struck a balance between functional design, traditional elements, and clean lines to ensure continuity between the new and existing spaces. Their new kitchen featured a navy island with brass fixtures – one of our favorite combinations.
